Mark has vast experience and has the ability to pass that knowledge to our customers.
Customer Service and International
Kent Williams and Merrin look after the operations and logistics. It's their job to ensure the containers go to the right places, the staff arrive on time and the moves are performed as our customers expect them to. Collectively, they have worked at the company for over 20 years.
Helen Marshall works in a customer service role assisting our customers through the move process.
Kirsten Peterson and Sue Ryan coordinate the incoming import shipments from overseas working with Customs and AQIS to have the shipments processed as quickly as possible. An interesting and challenging role when your customers come from countries all over the world and many are coming to Australia for the first time.
Operational and Store staff
We have a permanent and dedicated store crew whose role is to make sure the movement of furniture into and out of the store is performed with the utmost care and accuracy. However they didn't want their photo taken.
Our team have been doing it for a long time. Experienced, trusted and reliable.
