Matters were complicated by the fact that although the move of our shipment was to Melbourne, my wife is resident in Melbourne while I am now working in Hong Kong and so I personally only had a few days available in Melbourne to take care of the move. You personally, Ms Radanov and your other staff were most helpful in enabling this to occur according to a tight deadline.

I will certainly be recommending your firm to others, and am copying this letter to the international removalists ITO in Bonn, Germany, for their information.
